If you order the work, you will have liability for the proper handling of your excavated soils.

Ontario's On-site and Excess Soil Management Regulation came into affect on January 1, 2021. Hydrovac slurry, now defined as "liquid soil" has special requirements for hauling, storage and management.

Engage Hydrovac Services reuses liquid soil that would otherwise be transported long distances for disposal and/or recycling. All hydrovac material generated in our daily work is logged, tracked, screened, tested and reused at our facility. In addition to reusing this valuable resource, our facility reduces both carbon emissions and costs to our customers by cutting long-distance travel for disposal and/or recycling of liquid soil.

Our fleet of trucks start and finish their day at our facility. Less time spent on the road means more time working productively on your site!
